MY SERVICES
Every birth is unique and every couple is different. If you decide that I’m the right doula for you, we will plan together how you want me to attend to your needs. In the list below, you can have an idea of how I can support you.
We’ll have at least two meetings before the birth, where we will discuss:

Previous birth experiences.

Explore your birth preferences and techniques to manage labour.

Talk through your doubts, anxieties and expectations.

Find out how I can best support you, and find out if I'm the right doula
for you.

You will be able to contact me at any time, by phone or email,
during your pregnancy and after birth.
BIRTH DOULA
I’ll be on standby, just waiting for your call. When you feel it is the right time for me to come, I will be with you at home, until the midwife arrives – if you are having a home birth – or accompany you from home to hospital. I’ll work to support, encourage and reassure you throughout the birth of your baby. From holding your hand, if you want me to, to reminding you that you have to eat and drink to keep your energy levels high, to reassuring your partner. I’ll be there to protect the birth space and to insure that you won’t be disturbed, allowing you to focus on your breathing and relaxation.
Once the baby arrives, I’ll continue doing my best to maintain a calm and relaxed environment to facilitate the initial process of breastfeeding and to encourage the bond between you and your baby. The preparation of tea and snacks is also included in the package.
AFTER BIRTH
We will have one or more meetings where we’ll debrief the birth, talk through any remaining questions or new ones that might arrive along with your baby. We can have a chat about feeding, sleep, the use of any (among the several) baby gadgets that you might still be having problems with and even enjoy a nice cup of tea with cake!
I’ll leave you only after I’m sure that you and your family are safe, confident and happy. If all sounds good for you and you think that I might be the right doula for you, get in touch! I can come to meet you and we can have a chat.
POST-NATAL CARE
The arrival of a new baby is always a challenging period within a household and some mothers feel that they still need a ‘hand’ for a period of time. As a post-natal doula, I’ll support you at home and help to make the necessary adjustments after the arrival of the new member of the family.
This service will be designed according to your family needs and circumstances. Using my training and experience, I’m willing to:
Provide breastfeeding support to insure that you are starting out right.
Offer a necessary source of information in case you need it.
Look after your baby while you get some sleep...and so on.

Birth Package: 2 pre-natal visits + birth + 1 post-natal visits = £1,200
​

Post-natal support: £20 per hour, but can depend on the quantity
